How do I date this and determine the materials

    I agree with 60s-70s enamel on copper. Great colours, love it.

    Thank you. I thought the light teal characters might be a signature, however I don't read mandarin. There are some tiny characters, out of character with the overall pattern of the piece, I simply can't make it out, I'd imagine an artist would want to leave a recognizable mark. Thanks for the tips. Much appreciated. I noticed the price range is huge - this prompted me to learn more, which led me to this site.
