    Agree with tie bar/tie clip. Maybe $10-$15 US, if you're able to find a buyer.

    C(opyright) Disney. From the back texture it's 1980s or later enamel, exported from China. I agree it's tie clip.

    I did NOT do "sold", but a quickish look on Ebay and Etsy & did not see a match on either......others, but no match.........
