Glass: Liquor Decanter? Pattern?

I have found nothing like this. I thought it was a tumble up but its quite heavy. Perhaps a liquor decanter? No signatures and absolutley no idea of age or maker. If you can help at all it would be so appreciated. It is 6 3/4" tall, 5" diameter. It was suggested that the flower is possibly thistle but I don't think it is. Thanks!!

 

I looked at this earlier. Couldn't find anything in McCain or a couple of other books.

I think you are correct that it was a tumble up. A decanter would have been ground inside.

From the pictures, I think it is EAPG time period. May not have been from a table pattern. Something marketed as an accessory.

Can you tell what the flower is?
Panelled floral.

I've looked at this off and on today, and like cluttered haven't found anything like it online or in my limited resources. As to being a thistle pattern like someone suggested, I couldn't find a thistle like this. I think it may be an assortment of flowers?
