Help Identifying Artist

Hello all,

Signed (very lightly), numbered, and hand detailed lithograph. The artwork and color scheme really remind me of the comic books (graphic novels) I used to collect. The only elements of the print that appear to be hand colored are the gold highlights.

Does anybody recognize the artist or have a hit on the signature?

Is it framed? And, if so, would you post a photograph of the full work including frame both front and back? Frames are very helpful in dating which, in turn, is helpful in identifying artists.

A. Rawada, Raruada, Kawada, Karuada?

The scene is Chinese, and the frame is Chinese too. The name doesn't seem to be. Maybe it is a lithograph of a Chinese temple in Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines? There are many, and the artist's name looks like it could be from one of those countries.
