    mid century low end women's watch....
    gold-plated is nice.....but very little gold there..

    not in fashion at this time.
    very low value.......if any.

    Seconded I'm afraid. Gold-plate and stainless are never a good sign.

    Thirded. Doesn't appear to be the original band. And if neither is gold, value would be sentimental.
