Brian will have to explain what he is quoting, but I think it is a different piece as reported by a seller on eBay. And as ce ba said, the mark is different UNLESS you flipped the image. You didn’t include your pictures but only links, so hard to be sure.

I don't take ebay as a source if I cannot verify with a respected reference.

£400 - £600. Pair, same size as yours 7", large bell-mouth. He was asking £150. It is on Ebay.co.uk

A standard Kusube mark is like this:

The later marks are very cursive like this:

The mark as written isn't anything I have seen before, but it does appear that it may be Kusube, Satsuma marks were often painted by illiterate workers who did them by copy or wrote, so mistakes are not uncommon, although this one is very far off.

Values for these items are not high, the later Kusube works such as the pair in the first post are not greatly sought after. Well painted early works do ok, but they are not high on the collectors radar compared to others artists. The vases in the OP are quite basic and late period.

The price for this is optimistic for a general dealer, the value as quoted by the specialist is no way near unless they were going for an insurance quote (which is inflated for obvious reasons of trying to re-source a similar piece and the associated trouble and costs)
