Featured Help with Signature on Art Glass Flower Pot

    Can anyone decipher the signature on this pot? I'm stumped. The pot is 7" tall and 6 3/4" top diameter. Any keywords on style would be great, too.

    Well, I feel stupid - never thought to turn it upside down! Still, other than the first letter N, I can't figure it out.

    looks like R.S.Belle to me and there is a glass maker by that name
