2 headed majolic vase sitting on top of a turtle can you guys read this signature?

The handles are the faces of the ladies

 

Without seeing them, I cannot have any chance to guess if they are any particular 'ladies' (may not be human). Pedestal vase + turtle base not achieving desired result. Another descriptor may help.

 

Here is a straight on shot of one of the 2 heads they're both the same as far as I can tell.

Does indeed. Considered maybe intent was to make the personification of a bunch of grapes, but why then make them flesh color? Something to mull over. Have a feeling first words that come to mind, 'botryoidal' & 'polymastes', are not going to be useful search terms. Need a thinking cap emoji.
