Question about sterling locket

    i acquired this heart shaped locket.
    On the outside front, there is a small red garnet stone.
    On the inside sterling with the hallmark from Uncas Mtg Co. Under it.
    U with an arrow through it.
    Any ideas of when this was made?

    Sweet locket, but it has had a rough life. The garnet could be glass.
