Epns on every link with a little cross and flower. Bought at the rummage. It's 29 inches long, the small links are 1 and a half by 1 inch and the larger centre diamond shape is 3 x 2 inches. Would this be a nurses belt? Anyone know roughly when this was made please? Thanks. Last pic shows the fastener. image.jpg

Thanks INH, it has got the epns on the Links similar to mine. I’m guessing the single Nurses silver buckles came later with the more elasticated belts. I just didn’t know if ladies wore these belts generally in the Victorian Edwardian times. Sadly it won’t go anywhere near me so I can’t wear it.
