    how are those glass beads called ?
    must be italian.

    Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

    The "jewlie" experts will be along soon! But in looking closely, I just realized that the middle of each bead has whatever is running through it, wrapped in foil!! First time I personally have noticed it!!! Interesting....can't wait to hear their takes on it!!! Nice effect and color!!

    I would call them foil beads, might be Venetian but could also be Czech. More jewellery people will be along to tell you more.

    Cased foiled glass. Nice. The casing looks opalescent, too.

    Really Pretty, @Daisy1900 ! Are you going to wear them? You should!

    I pulled these Ciner beads out to share. Short already and with one cracked bead, I don't wear them, but they are beautiful on.

    I looked around and saw someone selling TWO for about $40!! Then looked further and saw this bracelet with moonstones for less, which I think may work out :)

    Love your necklace Scoutshouse, very interesting color. I will wear mine at occasions - it's very heavy :)
