Need help with China? identification and Price

    I've tried translating. but I'm horrible at the whole process.
    I'm seeking help identifying the Writing.
    I'm also trying to sell this piece so if you know how much these go for please let me know

    It's Japanese and right side up. The second character is "valley", like in the Kutani (nine valleys) mark, and the last one "made". The first one is the puzzle. It does not say Kutani.
