Help identify a dresser

    Hi there
    I have a dresser we bought in the late 70s in Ontario (Canada). Its made of walnut and is beautiful (I think...).
    I am now trying to find out more about its origin, style, and age, if possible.
    Unfortunately, the mirror broke into two pieces, and the stamp is blurry.
    I am enclosing pictures of the dresser, the knobs on the drawers and the stamps on the back of the mirror and the back of the dresser (none sharp enough to identify anything).
    Hopefully, someone can identify the style and give me some clues.
    Anything will be greatly appreciated.

    1936 could be the date, it has a Deco design element but the handles look later to me. It’s walnut veneer. The furniture people will be along to tell you better than me.

    I don't think 36 is a date based on the number on the back but could be a realistic guess. More likely to find a date on the mirror stamp. Think circa 1930 and likely English or Continental. I guess even Canadian would be a possibility. Elements of art deco or, even, secessionism. I am not sure about those handles either but could see how they might be original.
