Small table ID

    good afternoon,
    I am new here and joined to get help with items from my friends’ parents home in Connecticut.
    He says this small table has been with them for decades. I have searched everywhere but can’t seem to be able to even find something similar.
    Thank you very much! I appreciate ANY help I can get.

    Looks "Mission" period and made of maple wood.

    There was a bit of a revival of arts and crafts in the 50s.... sort of mission meets the ranch. I think this is an example, though some examples are more arts and crafts than this with true exposed joinery.
