    if you mean those groupings of fine lines between the swags; to me that looks like waterfalls...

    I can recall seeing artisans at Marshall Field & Co doing in store engraving and saying they had off site cutting. I know the jeweler in the small town I went to HS had a catalogue where you could choose your design and they would order it from the cutting house. They also sold glass as that is where I got some Caprice for my mother.
