ID help for cut & polished Iced Tea

    this iced tea has vertical cuts with a wafer-like stem. measures 6-5/8" tall x 3-5/8" diameter rim.
    any ideas appreciated

    new clue; while examining close I notice a tiny Fostoria acid etch mark on the bottom center:

    Blank looks to be stem #6104 Jefferson:
