Google lens identifies this as by Quvianatuliak Parr, titled 'Birds of my Dreams.'

It looks poorly mounted / framed.

    I should remove it, right?

Maybe @Mark London would offer a comment.

    (16.5" x 19" framed
    8.5" x 11.5" inside inner matte)

Found in Nevada, and labeled Native American art, which I guess is not incorrect.

Curious creature. Galloping birds or antlered animal with claws?

Well, based on your comments, I took it out of the frame and matte and sure enough, it's just a page from an old calendar that someone framed. Oh well.

    Thank you for the help.
