    Hello all,

I am posting to see if anyone has anything interesting that they use to decorate at Easter? In comparison to other celebrations here in Britain, Easter isn’t very popular and decorations aren’t much of a thing.

I found this faïence cruet set last year in October, and knew immediately how I would use it to decorate!

some of you may know the story of Roger Giles, an 18th century Englishman who made a grammatical error in an advertisement and consequently told the world that he himself had laid the fresh eggs that he sold (“fresh eggs by Roger Giles!”). Ceramicists had a field day with this idea, and the world is now full of little squatting men.

This is my version, although it’s entirely possible that little man is intended to be even ruder than that… but as a big fan of chocolate I know how I’ll be using him!

Any interesting eggs out there? Rabbits? Anyone got a Roger Giles?? ;);)

My mother used to have a collection of Easter eggs from different countries. I sold some, gave some away, but should still have some left.
There were a few German ones with poems written on them in a batik-like technique. If I find them I'll take a photo.

I had a pop-up Easter card by Vojtěch Kubašta. It was in poor condition, but still fun.

If you celebrate Komokwa— the same to you! If not, I hope Winter is gone and the weather at least Spring-like, wherever you are ;)

A felicitous Passover to any who celebrate, or any other Spring celebration:chicken: I would never say no to any religious and secular decorations, non-discriminatory is the wisest way!

    Thanks guys!
I meant to post them before Easter. My vintage Easter decor collection is growing very slowly, piece by piece. There just isn't a lot of it around.

This is exactly what I was hoping to see, what a great collection! Bunnies, eggs and Spring colours. Thank you @Bookahtoo for sharing these!! Also, I am ~*extremely*~ jealous of your little guy in a blue bunny suit, what a treasure:shame::kiss::shame::kiss:

Thank you Van_Poperin! I was pretty excited when I found that blue suited person too! I found all of these things when I wasn't looking for them, although I'm always looking for vintage holiday decorations, if you know what I mean.
