    I'm without a clue!
But I like 'em, an' think there's purpose in there being 3 sets of 2. @komokwa ?

Well, I don't think these could open oysters easily, so perhaps lobster knives?

Do you think it's significant that there's 3 sets of different colors?

I was wondering why the fancy velvet lined case when you are dealing with an item that is being used in a wet environment? (striking the surface of the water and being thrown around in a boat).

Well I guess they would be easier to swing than a rolling pin - 6 pcs for Monday through Saturday - the bar is closed on Sunday!

Well, after taking another look at what people have to say about these items, I have decided that I agree with a couple of others on this. The items are in a nice velvet lined box. This seems to me that it would be a food cracker of some sort. Maybe it is to crack an egg. That would be the simple answer and the funniest too.

The shape of the handle & shaft make me think they had to exert leverage when in use. Shellfish openers doesn't seem completely off base.

Isolating one implement did not help my searches.
