Identify this wood carvings figure?

    Got it from a church sale.
    Smells old wood. Seems have a HG mark on the face. Face is glue on made on another material not wood. Might be ox horn?

    St Joseph maybe? The back isn't carved; maybe he's from an oversize creche set?

    It's odd that the face looks like it was from another figure and doesn't really fit on the body properly. I agree with @evelyb30

    Found an old post on this site that helped. Looks like it’s Saint Isidore the laborer, to judge from the sickle. Spanish. Might make sense why the face is made of ox horn craving
