    Annoyingly familiar. Any thought please? Smiley face one says Made in Italy on the reverse.

    I may be misremembering. I've a note that the pine cone dangles are Pennino, but I don't know where I found that out.

    They do have a similar shape, but that center divot isn't looking right to me.
