Glass Dish and Paperweight - Zodiac Cancer Sign

Hello Everyone - I'm really baffled on this one. I have a dish and a paperweight that seem to fit together as a pair. The dish measures 6 3/8" across and about a little under 1 1 1/2" tall. The paperweight has a slight concave base and measures about 3 7/8" across. The paperweight fits into the bowl very snugly and I have to turn the two upside down to get them separated. Not sure if that's intentional or not. I could any help figuring out what these are and who might have made them. The glass is thick and heavy. Any assistance is much appreciated. Thank in advance. I have found some glass by Viking that seem to be like the crab on yours. It has a particularly odd mouth to my eye but I don't know.

I did find this article on Viking Zodiac glass pieces that has a list of items from their catalog including paperweights, coasters and ashtrays.

Thought it might be an avenue to follow.
