Need help identifying this makers mark please

Need help identifying this makers mark please, here is some pics of the mark and the piece. and an idea with what the stones are would be helpful.

It looks like it would be a Black Hills Gold piece, but that mark is not one of the Black Hills makers

 

That's what I thought too. The mark is a miner's pick and shovel, and add that to the multi-tone gold and you should have Black Hills work of some sort. The stones look like amethyst and peridot.

 

I checked a different source for Black Hills makers marks and found it

“South Dakota Gold Company, currently known as Dakota West Designs and founded in 1982, uses these trademarks.”
