    I’m thinking Weller but would appreciate some input. Matte finished with glossy nasturtiums and border. Brown gloss interior. Matte manila color bottom. Thanks

    I don't think it's Weller, unless it's maybe a Weller that was cold painted. Does it seem cold painted? The colors give me that vibe, but it's hard to tell from the photo.
