I bought these as a necklace in a consignment shop. Is it all dyed howlite? Composite? It wasn’t expensive so I assume not true vintage or turquoise.

And how was it strung, what was the design?
Looks like a mix of stones, including turquoise.

It was knotted with cotton, the shapes mixed (barrel beads with rondelles in between) and it was a short necklace that was graduated with the larger beads towards the middle. I should have taken a picture of it altogether.

Honestly it was an impulse buy as I was checking out with other items and saw it in a case at the cashier, I wanted the beads to make a bracelet to go with a ring.. I didn’t give it proper consideration, sadly.
