Can anyone one tell me anything on this cabinet?

I cannot find anything close to it, so I am having problems dating it and Pricing it. It appears to be Mahogany and is Extremely Heavy. All of the cubbies Slant inward and become narrower the Further back you go. It stand on a Pedastool of 4 legs and hardware appears original.

What a nice piece ! It looks like a corner piece,so why the swivel bottom ? Or is that not a swivel ?

Looks like a corner etagere or display unit, perhaps a woodworker project piece. Hard to tell what the price would be since we don't know your location and the many pricing variables that would go along with that. In my part of the U.S. Midwest I would expect it to be priced at around $100 or so at an estate sale.
