Need help identifying this AK Kaiser dish with deer engraving on lid.

    You've got a lot of information there... The maker, the date range, the subject and the artist who created the original image.

    Here's the original 'Flying Deer' by Johann Elias Ridinger which served as inspiration for the lid's image.
