Probably German glass but I can't seem to get the makers name. Is a candlestick, no?

It's Finnish. My elderly brain has forgotten the whodunnit.

I dont know about the candlestick use...The hole is rather small(1cm) and I do not see the point in large volume below if it were candlestick.
To me it looks incomplete, as if it lacks something on top. It has traces of some other glass on the rim, so I think there was something on top.

HI, Mak. The question of who made it might be changed to ===========
    Who made what?

No idea on the label. I believe that is called Swirl Art Glass, but no idea whatsoever its purpose.

    You have a point.
I think it must have been designed to hold some liquid.
Was it perfume bottle, some kind of soda bottle or parafine lamp I cant figure out.

Thank you Maka for the extra photos, they were not necessarily for me, but to help others to evaluate your object. But in my opinion, the top of the bottle was broken off, as you mentioned.

Mak. Thank you, and Hampton Auction, very much for the new pictures.
Yes, I do have a problem recognizing dimensions. Your original pictures, except for the third one, all looked like blobs of glass.
The new pictures offer a completely new perspective. It's a bottle.
Any new and old pictures FROM THE TOP I have been seeing as something a few inches tall. The new ones from the side double or quadruple that size.
And I will also admit that I what I thought were artistic swirls are actually reflections.
Conclusion. I'm confused as to what may have been attached to the spout. Possibly an attachment not intended to ever be removed. A perfume bottle sprayer? Seems too heavy and thick for that.
Hopefully you will find an object similar to it in your country or a regional one that will assist to identify the purpose.

This Object is probably not from this region.
Base of the bottle is a very nice cross and that indicates to me that the usage might be religious.
The marks on the label remind me of some elements of english stags.

The second word on the label is Glashutte.

An iron cross, maybe, but you wouldn't notice unless you turned it upside down, so I doubt it there were religious implications.
