I subscribe to Worthpoint and used it daily, but keep in mind Worthpoint does not record or does not have access to what things actually sell for when a "make an offer" is accepted. I often, if the comparable is less the 2 years old, check ebay solds on ebay's research site available to sellers who have a store, and many times the sold prices do not match up because of the asking price and actually selling price differ. Ebay records actual selling price, but for only for 2 years back
