I think I found. Charles Ford.
Bit confused with period. According to
    http://www.thepotteries.org/allpotters/406.htm
Impressed mark was used after 1874. But without swan. Initials in swan after 1900, but there is information about marks in color.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Yes, they do not comment or show the exact impressed mark that is on your plate. It sounds as if the swan was added to the company mark about 1900. But since they haven't shown a date for the impressed swan mark, it is hard to give an exact date.

Well, with England impressed on the base it's post-1891, but the decoration style harks back to a little earlier. I knew I had seen that swan mark somewhere before, and the reference to crested pottery reminded me. The company made a lot of souvenir ware in that the crest and motto of a particular town or county was applied to various items and lots of miniatures usually on a cream base so the crest shows well.
