    Some people use mineral oil on their cameos to brighten them up, disguise any dulled places, but I wouldn't trust it not to leave bits exposed to the ketchup. Toothpaste, as long as it's not whitening/bleaching formulation, could also work. You might actually see what rubbing in toothpaste can do for the metal.
