Salvador Ysart paperweight?

I found this paperweight yesterday, in a thrift shop. It’s unsigned, but I’ve been told that the canes and “dark” glass it’s made from identify it as a pre-WW2 Ysart paperweight. Would you agree with this?

Hmmmmm…. That base has a bit of a Perth look, but I’d expect a Ysart to be better quality and to have a Y cane.
