    Ditto. Also a more elegant shape than an urn. The shape is utilitarian, the bottom could be pressed in the sand for stability, and the slender shape meant they could be strapped together and carried on carts, boats and ships of any size. They didn't just hold wine, but also fresh water, and oil in the smaller ones.
    Sounds perfect.:happy:
