Wood Cups: Egyptian?

    These wood cups measure about 10 inches tall. I am getting an Egyptian vibe from them. Tourist pieces or something else? THANKS for any info!

    They are souvenirs from Peru. Inspired by Inca 'kero' beakers, but the footed shape is a colonial influence.
