Small Shallow Asian Bowl, Odd Mark; Chinese, or?

    It's ~5 3/4" dia, ~1 1/8 high, ~3 3/8 foot dia; ~6 1/2 oz. I've seen the mark, or very similar; perhaps even here. It belongs to Anne, who said "it's dime-store stuff". Hmm...maybe, maybe not. Thanks for lookin'!

    Endless (or eternal) knot, one of the auspicious Buddhist symbols, not uncommon on 19th/early 20th century Chinese porcelain.

    Generally it fell out of favour in line with WW2, probably as much to do with economics/export as anything else. If you're asking about the dish here, it's very likely late 19th century, gives me pre 20thc vibes.

    I have a very similar plate that is 19th c Chinese.
