Is this a true Murano figurine?

    Looks like it is, but how do you really know? Measures approx 5” tall and 3” wide. IMG_8737.jpeg

    Good question. I can sometimes tell in person, but I'm no expert.

    China is now turning out things like this with polished bases,so Im not sure all being classified as Murano actually is.

    Me either. I've also found marked Murano pieces with non-clear bases. You can't always tell now.
