Small 23.3cm old mint Faience from..??? 18th 19th Copy..??

Have tried on your Art Forum unsuccesfully..!!! Hope it works this time....
No so sure from where has been done this wee faience plate signed JR on the back.
Wazs thinking first VP veuve Perrin... But of course not as it a JR and not a VP... And for sure latest manufacturing I think....But and But may be not French... Maybe German eastern europe Hungarian ..?? Why not British or Italian...??? Will need your help... I would say it is a late french xixth faience ...Copies of 18th cent from somewhere...?????
