Featured Silver/brass pelgrimage shields Eindhoven (1782)

I was raised with the dialect of Northern Limburg as my father was from Velden and my mother from Blitterswijck. I cannot speak it myself, but I can understand it fluently (and sing along with the carnaval songs )

 

Both pretty close to Kevelaer.

I went to Venlo for carnaval a couple of times, I like their carnaval songs, much nicer than the so-called 'carnavalskrakers'. I used to have relatives in Venlo.
