Mark on silver clip earrings

    Anyone recognise this or can decipher it please? The clips have the usual quartered circle finding mark, but this is a wavy heart shaped plaque on the actual earring with some kind of faint siggy. Centres are pearl.

    The asymmetric heart is associated with Elsa Peretti but those aren't her design.
