Pewter marks identification. Germany?

Hello friends,
I have this Jewish Havdalah tray and would like to date it. I assume German but can’t be sure. Can anyone identify the marks please?

Spoiler alert, I don't know and didn't find your mark.

I did try. It looks to me that you have the same mark struck three times. It appears to be a figure with a small leaping deer(?) on one side and the word beneath seems to begin STÆBE or STEBE possibly with I E before it.

I found similar figures but not with those letters but I've included them below so you can see if it helps at all.

Hi, my plate that I found on flee market has similar markings. It has an Angel with scales too but it has also two markings saying S:W Fein Zin. I think it’s Bohemian and around 18th century but I could be wrong. I think I also read somewhere that the angel markings mean that the pewter has no lead in it.
