    Last name appears to be Beecher. Can't quite make out the first. Looks to be amateur. Description on the back does not match the painting.

    As I understand it, this is some kind of nonsense, and not some normal avant-garde artist))?Sometimes it’s quite difficult to distinguish avant-garde from nonsense))So this is an unknown amateur artist?Can't even read his name?
