Help with old silver spoons please.

I've had these a long time, just never took the time to take the pictures to ask the questions. 6 teaspoons in a jewelers box with a sweet note from Grandma & Grandpa. Thanks for any help!

Out of curiosity is there anything behind the grandparents note? I have a very similar set box and all.

 

@Ivertterli, not sure if it's the blurry image, but I couldn't make it a whole lot clearer to read! If you can get a 'sharper' image it would maybe help!! First mark has a clear 'B' and other than a possible 'L' and small 'v', Plus looks like a '90' in the round mark. There's also some writing after the round mark on the right.....can YOU read it??

@NanaB There is nothing but the satin. The box would have been from the retailer and it would seem @DragonflyWink has nailed the maker. @Aquitaine I think the image is moot now! Thanks everyone!
