Porcelain Bears at the barbers

    Picked this up.
    It seems to be bears at the barbers.

    It is unmarked so finding it hard to find comparisons.

    Anyone have any details on this or an idea of who made it?     It measures 6 inches high by 5 inches long by 3 and half inches wide approx.

    I’ve seen similar in the U.K. with made in Japan labels. That same base.

    Japan was my immediate reaction too. The 'barber' is wearing a pink bow, so maybe meant to be a beauty salon?
