Even with your helpful links I’m lost not knowing if this piece is American or something else.

Here are some pictures and thank you in advance.

    Hi -
Appears to be stenciled, and is the color lustre?
I'm guessing turn of the 1900s from Germany.

Can you give us size please.
If a large pitcher, it may have had a wash bowl to match.

Oh and the numbers usually refer to pattern numbers.

It's 13 plus inches. The stamp to me doesn't appear iridescent more like a green tattoo.

I wasn't talking about the stamp.
I was referring to the roses. If you get a magnifying glass, you will see little dots indicating the roses were a stencil. I was wondering if the colors around the roses were lustre.

I think you mean a decal or transfer?

I do see little dots and yes the colors around the roses appear lustre.

So a water jug that went to a wash set.
I'd guess pre WWI with the Lustre.
    Good chance it is German.

Don't know if you are keeping or selling, but roses are very popular. At least hear in my area.

Thank you for your help! I'm new to collecting unique treasures and spend many hours trying to research on my own before reaching out. This particular piece I would sell or trade or maybe even give away. Again, thank you!
