Watercolour 1944

That was my guess as well. Unfortunately with the name 'Young' (although not being sure that's indeed the name) it's harder (for me) to find anything usefull with google, as I get watercolours of young children/women etc. or Mahonri Young

 

the only possible I found was an "M Young" that sold in Sweden 4/7/2009 for 2500 Kronars. Not sure this will show in your browser:

Indeed much earlier. I see 1800-something, while mine is 1944.
