FAPCO Pottery?

    I found these darling Dutch planters and wondering if anyone here can identify them as FAPCO from the 1940's? The glaze is peeling unfortunately, but the face painting is precious (IMHO). Thank you:) IMG_9750.jpg IMG_9749.jpg IMG_9748.JPG
