Help with ornamental Japanese roof tile?

    This is an odd one. It doesn't look particularly old, but it's unique, hefty, and I think it's cool.
    Can someone help me please?
    In Google image searches, I found several similar items at an eBay store called "Antique Japan Store" . (See very last pic for example.)
    They're selling them for over $300, and that seems high to me... I'm probably going to sell it, so I'm hoping for some advice. Thanks in advance!
