Hello! Can you please help me date it and the manufacturer? England, Derby?

    Many thanks!

Looks French to my non-expert eyes, but WDIK. What a pretty thing!
Do the two outer wells each have a hole that permits ink flow from the center reservoir? Sorry, I can't quite tell from your photos.

EDIT: Hmmm, I see from THIS DERBY EXAMPLE that the "side pockets" do not have a hole connecting each to the center reservoir.

I'm looking forward to seeing what others say!

It doesn’t look quite fine enough for derby, the gilding is a bit sloppy. Which isn’t to denigrate it, it’s very pretty. I don’t think the painting is quite fine enough either, or the porcelain. French is a good call.

Maybe the side cups held water and were used for cleaning the quill/nib. They kind of look like little sinks :)

Thank you all very much!!! I collect books and don’t understand anything about porcelain) Tell me, if there is water in the tanks, is it convenient to use it? could there have been sponges on which the pen was wiped?
    Best Regards, Roman.

Yes, there would have been a penwiper. Also a container for fine sand used to blot the ink.
