    It isn't Northwest Coast Native, or Inuit, for many reasons; but there are native and non-native artists in the plains and SW who do work like this. Many use antler, and that would be my vote for this also. Those are good photos, but one of the bottom might help.
    Nice work though.

    I think so too, which made me wonder if it could be stone instead of one of the other options.

    those fine cracks or checks , would point to a natural material ....... imo

    the thin one on the left curves around the base...... stone don't do that....;);)
