Featured Help on two vintage pieces, please

    Hi,
    Trying to identify these two pieces. They are not a set. The construction on the necklace is very good. Was thinking the blob on the back might have been some type of marking but I think it’s just a blob the more I look at it. I can’t find anything anywhere on either.

    Any help is very much appreciated as always. Hope y’all have a killer weekend

    Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

    The brooch appears to have a row of numbers printed on the pin part. Looks like there might be something besides numbers right before or after that? (So many of the numbers are 6, 9, and 0 that I can't tell which way is up.)

    Thank you. Would it be considered a flawed “Ruby”? Yeah, the patent is for the clasp so it didn’t help. A lot of people used it

    Yeah I think it's that too. Just googled it and it's the patent number for the safety clasp pin thingummy :rolleyes:
